- Developed a detailed roadmap the owners could use to assess the
external environment and potential threats that could stop high growth
in its tracks
- Identified missing management functions and defined what the partners
and office manager needed to do differently
- Developed a mission that was client focused, not focused on just
making money
- Identified measures for improving individual and company performance
from a quality perspective
- Developed a preliminary organizational structure with functional
teams and team leaders
- Provided a process the partners could use to document all company
tasks and use to train new employees
Once the plan was finished, the firm’s partners implemented it.
