About Pam Butterfield
Today, Pam provides executive leadership coaching programs, leadership training and coaching programs, senior leadership team coaching, and effective succession planning services to help clients respond to turbulent changes and pressing needs in their organizations. As a business woman coach with a strong background in building businesses, Pam has an intense focus on helping individuals and organizations discover strengths and leverage opportunities. Active in the Connecticut business community, Pam was a founder of the Glastonbury Chamber of Commerce’s Business Institute, for which the Chamber received the Silver Quality Award from the Connecticut Quality Improvement Award Partnership. Recognized as a leading business woman coach, she was named Woman Entrepreneur of the Year by the Connecticut chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). Pam holds a B.S. undergraduate degree in education from the University of Connecticut. She did her graduate studies in change management and organization development at Georgetown University. She also holds these three special designations: CPBA (Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst), CPVA (Certified Professional Values Analyst) and ICF's (What is ICF?)
