Connecticut Quality Improvement Award recognizes innovative leadership training and coaching program

The Business Institute of the Glastonbury Chamber of Commerce was awarded the Silver Innovation award from the Connecticut Quality Improvement Awards Council. Business Success Tools LLC helped to design and deliver the Business Institute's 15-week program, an innovative leadership training and coaching program.

NAWBO Women Entrepreneur of the Year recognizes

Business woman coach, Pam Butterfield,

lauded by NAWBO

Pam Butterfield, president of Business Success Tools LLC, was named Connecticut Woman Entrepreneur of the Year (2004) by the Connecticut chapter of the National Association of Women Business owners (What is NAWBO?). Ms. Butterfield, a business woman coach, provides leadership training and coaching to organizations.  Her company offers an executive leadership coaching program and senior leadership team coaching to organizations.  Ms. Butterfield was a founder of the Business Institute, which provides leadership training and coaching.  The Business Institute was part of the Glastonbury, CT Chamber of Commerce, and received two awards for its innovation and quality.
